These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Jili 18 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the Jili 18 website and associated services located at jili-18.net.

Jili 18 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Jili 18 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account registration requirements include:

Jili 18 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended and funds held pending resolution.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify Jili 18 support immediately.

Jili 18 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.

• Jili 18 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and may vary based on your account verification level.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Jili 18 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of security checks, KYC verification, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with withdrawals are your responsibility.

Jili 18 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, macro, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or gain an advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to card games and live dealer tables.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the platform. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks, or identity fraud.

Where a violation is confirmed, Jili 18 may, at its sole discretion, void any bets or winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, withhold or forfeit any account balance, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the Jili 18 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the property of Jili 18 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from Jili 18.
• Use any Jili 18 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the platform.
